Lakers Game 2010

I took Donovan to his first Lakers game last night and it was amazing.  It was the annual preseason game that the Lakers play here in Ontario.  We had a great time, Donovan was actually into the game the entire time (asking questions, screaming & hollering with the crowd, etc).  AND to top it all off, Shannon Brown hit a 3-pointer that sent the game into overtime.

Here are some pics from last night.

I'm not sure why a monkey was at the Lakers game, but it made a good pic.

True Lakers fan...he wouldn't pose for a pic while the game was going on.

Kobe got fouled on a 3-pointer and went to the line.

Cheeks full of nachos.

After the game...down by the court.

I knew he’d have a great time. And I’m sure he’ll always remember his very first Laker game.

Soulquarian Quote of the Day

"There is no hip hop manual for growing old...The 22-year-old college grad who used to love the Roots in 1994 never left. He’s just 40 now and has a wife and kids and doesn’t feel like spending all night at a club."
