The Saga Continues…

Some of you may remember me writing about my never-ending quest to get onto the Wheel of Fortune game show.  (If you need a refresher, then click here to begin the saga which began in March of 2009.)

Well, as fate would have it, I received an email from the fine folks at the Wheel of Fortune…the title of the email message read: “The Wheelmobile is Spinning into SoCal!”  I thought to myself “Not again.  It’s probably coming next week when I have to go to a wedding…or worse, it’ll be here in April when my buddy wants to plan a road trip to Vegas.”

But I opened the message and I was shocked.  The Wheelmobile is coming this Sunday February 13…here in my hometown exactly seven minutes away from my own house!

Boo-yah!  Yeah baby!  I’m in there like swimwear!

"Shh Vanna. Be quiet. Just keep smiling at him and maybe he'll leave us alone."

Vanna and Pat better get ready because I’m coming to break the bank, baby!

Soulquarian Quote of the Day

"There is no hip hop manual for growing old...The 22-year-old college grad who used to love the Roots in 1994 never left. He’s just 40 now and has a wife and kids and doesn’t feel like spending all night at a club."
