So my challenge in the month of March was a success. I joined Jeff Goins and his followers to embark in his 31-Day Writing Challenge, and the end result was that I finally finished writing my book. I don’t think y’all heard me. I said
Now that the draft of the book is done, I’m spending the next few weeks editing it and formatting it for publication. I’m also working with a book marketing company to help with ideas on getting it in the hands of the right readers. Book launch date is August 1st (if not sooner.)
So on to the next challenge for April.
For me, April is action month. Enough talk…more movement. So the challenge I gave myself is to workout each day for 30 days straight. Simple. Workout every day. When I have time, I’ll go to the gym. When I can’t make it to the gym, I do bodyweight workouts at home. The only rule is if I don’t sweat, that day doesn’t count.
Feel free to check in and see how it’s going.
