Another Example of the Brown Family’s Riveting Late Night Conversations

I have two sons (MDB #1 and MDB #2). They are six years apart. Years ago, I used to post some of the strange conversations I would have with MDB #1. But now that he’s 12-years-old, they don’t happen that much anymore.

However, MDB #2 is only 6-years-old, and it seems he has taken over his older brother’s spot for having the strangest conversation.

Here’s last night’s conversation.

MDB #2: “Dad why do you have a head?”

Me: “What?”

MDB #2: “Why do we have heads?”

Me: “Where else would you put your eyes, nose, and mouth?”

MDB #2: “But why do we have this part on top?”

Me: “So your brains don’t fall out.”

MDB #2: “Is that why your brains stay in on rollercoasters?”

Me: “Yes, that’s exactly why.”

Soulquarian Quote of the Day

"There is no hip hop manual for growing old...The 22-year-old college grad who used to love the Roots in 1994 never left. He’s just 40 now and has a wife and kids and doesn’t feel like spending all night at a club."
